The pcb board frame is drawn by CAD, and can be used in Jialichuang Eda after exporting dxf Using the editor, routing is automatically generated for EDA. ## The project-related functions

use the low-cost SGL8022w solution to realize the touch stepless dimming function.

The outer frame is drawn using CAD, replicating the appearance of MOSS to a high extent,

and using ready-made lithium batteries to charge Discharge module, greatly reducing costs

This project is disclosed for the first time and is my original project. The project has not won any awards in other competitions.




## Project progress

The pcb drawing work has been completed, and the pcb has been handed over to Jialichuang for production. It will continue to be improved after subsequent verification.




## Design principle
The PCB and schematic part of this project are all designed using domestic Lichuang EDA. The project uses SGL8022W For the core main control chip, draw the schematic part according to the relevant specifications. It should be noted that I gave OPT1 and OPT2 high level and low level respectively in the schematic diagram to achieve brightness memory stepless dimming. Of course, you can also freely choose the level according to your own needs to achieve different effects. The PCB part uses the Moss shape drawn by CAD as the board frame. Based on the principle of restoring the appearance of Moss in the movie as much as possible, the positions of various components are reasonably arranged, and finally a good effect is achieved.

## Design Notes
Since this project uses a lot of SMD devices, it is recommended to use solder paste with a heating table to solder the front side, so that after the welding is completed The effect is relatively good. When welding the charge and discharge management module on the back, you need to prepare a soldering iron and solder wire. Adjust the soldering iron to the appropriate temperature, first apply even solder on the pad, then place the module in a suitable position, and slightly increase the temperature for soldering. Always pay attention to safety when welding batteries! ~~~~~~~
