#Introducing
this expansion board So far, just Place an order for processing and wait a week. LCD uses fbtft driver for SPI. When using a centrifugal fan, a flexible medium such as foam double-sided tape should be used between the fan and the bracket to reduce shock and noise. An external switch should be installed to facilitate manual turning on the fan during high loads, and the air outlet will blow directly into the processor. (I remember that centrifugal fans are more efficient for this small size fan)

One of the main reasons why PS does not directly integrate the LCD is that it is more comfortable to stand it up for viewing, and it is easier to replace different screens.

The first version of the update is the version of the rendering above. After installation, the actual experience is not good. The main problem is that the USB should use an A-type port. The fan resonance is noisy even if foam double-sided tape is used, and the actual test is 70% load. , using 22*22mm heat dissipation aluminum fins, passive heat dissipation can also be stabilized at less than 60 degrees. There is also a problem with the direction of the screen cable holder and interference in its position.
Anyway, the second version is passively cooled to hit the board on the road.
March 10th: The second version of passive cooling has been verified to be available, but there are some minor problems. I really don’t have time, so I will update it later.
# Note
1. You need to adjust the GPIO pinout according to personal usage.
2. I forgot the relationship between the bevel and the screw after installing the screws in the front screw holes. It may happen that the bevel is uneven after the screws are installed, making the screen unable to be installed perfectly. However, this can also be solved by replacing the foam double-sided tape.
3. The screws are M3*8 or M3*10 cup head hexagonal socket screws.
