IP6826 wireless charger

 
Overview

Based on the IP6826 wireless charging transmitter control SoC solution,
it is compatible with the latest WPC Qi v1.2.4 standard, supports A11, A11a, MP-A2 coils, and supports 5W, Apple 7.5W, Samsung 10W, and 15W.
Please check the attachment for more information on charging.
 
Progress: 2023.03.05 V1.0 board verification was successful and supports Huawei 10w+ fast charging.
 
The project introduction

PCB size It can be greatly reduced and adapted to the housing. If you need to reduce the size, please change the PCB frame along the coil.

Note:
Regarding the resonant capacitor of the wireless charger, please use CBB capacitor (cheap, but large in size - used in this solution) or NP0 capacitor (expensive, but small in size - please use 1206 package).
The loop area between the resonant capacitor and coil and IP6826 needs to be as small as possible, and should be kept away from low-voltage signal traces such as LED, NTC, and IO.
The coil generates heat during normal operation, so please pay attention to providing good heat dissipation conditions.
