Screen:
Use Zhongjingyuan 1.69-inch LCD screen, cost 11.2 yuan, SPI control, backlight uses IO port PWM signal to control brightness. After welding, you need to pay attention to attach tape and other insulation to the connection between FPC and PCB to prevent the screen from being bent back and backlight. The backplane is short-circuited.
Audio:
Use 8002A as the power amplifier, connect the speakers and headphone jacks respectively. The headphone jacks and power amplifier chips are sold in Lichuang Mall.
You buy speakers according to your own needs. The sound of the one I bought is too small, and it may be a wiring problem. There is noise when the buttons are pressed.
 
Battery:
The battery is a 502050 lithium battery, which is 5mm*20mm*50mm, 400mah. The battery capacity is relatively small, but it doesn’t matter. I initially chose the 802050 model, but it turned out that it was too thick and was squeezed by the SD card slot and could not be inserted between the Liangshan School and the expanded version. I had no choice but to give up the idea of ​​1000mah.

color screen printing:
PCB uses Jialichuang color screen printing. For 30 yuan, you can get 5 pain boards and it is still a heavy investment. For 30 yuan, you can’t buy it and you will suffer a loss and you will not be fooled. However, when designing, try to use pictures with sharper color contrasts, and consider whether they are clear when zoomed to the size of the PCB, otherwise it will be blurry, and it will take a lot of effort to make the design look good.
 
3D shell printing:
The shell is also designed using Jialichuang EDA's 3D shell function. 3D Monkey places an order for printing. The shipping fee is more expensive than the cost. If you have a coupon, you can mix it in for about 3 yuan.
Code:
The code part was directly inserted into the official case code due to my busy work. I will think about it carefully later when I have some free time. I can still learn a lot from the game console case.
