Permanent magnet synchronous motor FOC driver

 
Overview

Introduction:
Although the permanent magnet synchronous motor (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) and the brushless direct current motor (Brushless Direct Current Motor) are different in structural design, they can both adopt magnetic field vector control (FOC). This project is produced by Yijing Microelectronics The motor driver chip EG2134 has designed a FOC driver that can support the drive of hub motors, brushless DC motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, etc. The encoder interface includes absolute encoders with Hall, incremental and SPI interfaces. The main control GD32F405RGT6 and STM32F405RGT6 are basically the same.
Features
Some important parameters of the FOC driver include input voltage, sustainable current, current sampling accuracy, etc. Based on this, the main features of this project are:
(1) The maximum input voltage can support 48V
(2) The maximum designed current is 13.5A, which can Drives common wheel hub motors (such as scooter motors)
(3) Leads to TFT interface, which can expand the screen
(4) Common interface for incremental encoder and Hall sensor, SPI magnetic encoder interface
(5) As a learning board, there are Potentiometer speed adjustment, one-button start, DAC interface, onboard serial port
(6) supports ST MC WorkBench motor console.
Note that
the power input capacitor withstand voltage must be greater than the power input voltage. It is best to leave a 20% margin.
Motor debugging is dangerous. , to ensure that the power supply current is limited within a safe range.
