Overview
I. Design Purpose
(1) Personal design to meet personal daily use.
(2) Taking digital power amplifier as the starting point, we are launching the LCSC EDA open source tutorial. This tutorial has only two lessons. Taking actual projects as the starting point, we will quickly get started with an EDA design software. The specific open source tutorial video has been uploaded to Bilibili:

The tutorial video is not only a tutorial on using LCSC EDA, but also includes videos on soldering and assembly!

II. Functional Requirements
(1) 50W output power.
(2) With bass adjustment function.
(3) With one-click to enable sound quality optimization function.
III. Design Summary
(1) TPA3116 digital power amplifier IC is used as the post-stage driver.
(2) The veteran audio processing IC BBE2150 is used as the audio input preprocessor.
(3) UPC1892 is used as the pre-stage tone processor, which has bass adjustment and surround sound processing.
(4) One-key soft start.
IV. Problem Analysis
(1) To realize the bass adjustment function, the power amplifier must have 3 adjustable resistors, which are responsible for bass adjustment, treble adjustment and overall volume adjustment respectively, as shown in the figure below:
(2) Using the common 24V power input, the main control board must have the functions of step-down and voltage regulation. The specific power supply framework diagram is as follows:
