Overview
Update Notes:
Thanks to DualMono for pointing out the voltage withstand issue of the molded inductor. After confirming with the manufacturer, the maximum inductor voltage is only 30V.
The original molded inductor has been replaced with three series-connected alloy magnetic inductors. After the change, the voltage withstand issue is resolved and the module size is further reduced. (This may be the smallest high-voltage dual-output buck module available on the market.)
2024/9/1:

Modified the bottom GND pad to avoid cold solder joints caused by uneven heating.
Increased electrical clearance of the VIN network. Solution Description:



The module uses an LM5164DC-DC buck + AMS1117LDO buck solution, with an input of 7~70V and an output of 5V+3.3V.
The LM5164 can provide a wide input voltage range of 6-100V. Since the capacitor's withstand voltage must be at least 30% higher than the circuit voltage, for safety, the module's rated input voltage should not exceed 70V.

2. To be usable on a perforated board, the pin spacing is a multiple of 2.54.
3. The module's PCB has MARK points for easy small-scale mass production.
