Allwinner AXP209 power management module plug-in version

 
Overview
Module Introduction: Based on the AXP202 power module from an open-source developer, this module has been redesigned and laid out according to the manual, adopting my preferred vertical plug-in layout. Most of the chip's basic functions are retained.
1. The module has 3 power input pins: VBUS, ACIN, and BAT.
2. It has 7 power output pins: DC2, DC3, LDO1-LD05, I2C communication pins, a configurable interrupt pin, and a power status indicator pin. 3. A pin for an onboard spare battery is reserved, but a 2.0mm pad is also provided.
4. The battery temperature sampling pin is not brought out; instead, a 0603 onboard NTC thermistor is soldered onto the board to monitor the module's temperature.
5. The capacitors and resistors in this module use common and easy-to-solder 0603 surface-mount packages.
6. External components can be soldered only: capacitors, resistors, the power button, and a 30mΩ battery charging current sensing resistor in a 1206 package.
7. Protection diodes and DIP switches do not need to be soldered. Functional verification was performed before the AXP pluggable module was fabricated.
The module size is approximately 26mm*26mm.
The pin pitch of the output pads is 2.54mm, allowing for direct soldering onto the board or a 2.54mm 2*9P dual-row pin header/female connection. It can be inserted horizontally, vertically, lying down, or in a single position.
 
Software Driver: The APX20X library from the Arduino library is directly copied, with Chinese comments added to the source code and the Arduino
Wire library IIC interface functions rewritten to use the STM HAL library IIC interface functions.
 
 
 
AXP209 Function Description (copied from the manual):

Power Management (IPS)

: Wide input voltage range: 2.9V~6.3V (AMR: -0.3V~11V);

Fully Integrated PWM Charger:

Maximum charging current up to 1.8A, supports battery temperature monitoring;
Fully supports USB charging (including 3.0), meets specifications;
High charging accuracy, error less than 0.5%, supports multiple batteries such as 4.1V/4.15V/4.2V/4.36V;
Automatic charging process control, can directly drive LEDs to indicate charging status;
Automatically adjusts charging current according to system load

; Backup Battery:

Accepts backup battery input to supply the RTC module, supports backup battery charging, charging current can be set;

2-way Synchronous Buck Converter (DC-DC)

: DC-DC2: can operate from 0.7-2.275V. Adjustable between 0.7-3.5V, 25mV/step, drive capability 1.6A, supports VRC.
DC-DC3: Adjustable between 0.7-3.5V, 25mV/step, drive capability 1.2A.

5 Linear Regulators (LDOs)

: LDO1: 30mA, always active;
LDO2: Low-noise LDO, 1.8V~3.3V adjustable, 100mV/step, drive capability 200mA;
LDO3: 0.7-3.5V adjustable, 25mV/step, drive capability 200mA;
LDO4: Low-noise LDO, 1.8V~3.3V adjustable, 100mV/step, drive capability 200mA;
LDO5: Low-noise LDO, 1.8-3.3V adjustable, 100mV/step. 50mA drive capability
 
module verification: It has been used in a remote door opening power management system, and has simply implemented functions such as seamless switching between 3 power supplies, remote power status monitoring, and automatic charging.
