I. Design Considerations
: 1. Obtain the specific dimensions of the battery pins;
2. The resistance value for the balancing current should not be lower than 100Ω;
3. There is a secondary protection circuit between the battery's C+ (positive charging terminal) and B+ (positive battery pack terminal). If no voltage can be measured between C+ and B- (negative battery pack terminal) after replacing the battery cells, you can short-circuit the two 0R resistors on the back of the charging board to allow the charging board to directly charge the battery. However, this will forgo the use of the secondary protection circuit.
II. Other:
1. Since the parameters of the NTC resistor inside the original battery are unknown, the NTC circuit is not connected to the battery. The original charging is 2.5A, and this charging board has a maximum of 1.5A, which is very small for a power battery;
2. The width of the battery insert should not exceed 5mm. Please refer to the attached BOM. If LCSC does not have the product in stock, you can buy it on Taobao.
3. Another XH2.54+XT60 interface has been designed for use with a balance charger. In this case, the acrylic top cover needs to be replaced with a 2.8mm one.
4. When charging, try to use a charger with QC protocol.

MBC3 is compatible with MBC1+MBC2+MBC3 games; some MBC1 games are not compatible, and
the prototype is based on a 0.8mm thickness.
A: If you don't use a battery or SRAM, short-circuit SJ1+2 and SJ41+2. You can burn some MBC1s that don't need to be saved.
B: Using SRAM, there are two cases (battery saving is required; removing the battery will retain memory for 3 minutes):
1. 32k (8-bit) SRAM, requires shorting SJ51+2 and SJ61+2.
2. 256k (8-bit) SRAM, requires shorting SJ52+3 and SJ62+3.
C: There are 3 types of MBC3 chips (MBC3, MBC3A, MBC3B), and the shorting locations differ:
1. MBC3: Short SJ31+2, requires soldering Q1.
2. MBC3A, MBC3B: Short SJ32+3, does not require soldering Q1.
Below is the original author's nice diagram and my simpler one (just to get the gist).
D: Unused components C1, C4, R8. Short RESET and 3V3. Use a standard tubular crystal oscillator, which can be directly removed from the original cartridge; BOM packages are not recommended.
E: This card cannot be recognized by the programmer when burned via the AD port.
Solutions: 1. Directly modify the fc_DMG_29LV160DB.TXT file (this will allow direct recognition). 2. Save a different modified file, but you will need to manually select the flashcart each time you burn the card.

"Fa Fa" LED, a beautiful lantern
Low-cost resin "fafa" touch lamp
This is a super simple circuit for a beautiful flower-shaped lamp , and an ultra-low-cost touch-controlled lamp.
Spring is almost over, so let's make a flower lamp to catch the last days of spring!
The circuit is very simple, using the SGL8022W chip for stepless touch control. Of course, you can also use the JL7022WE chip, but the JL7022WE only has three dimming levels and cannot provide stepless dimming, but it's cheaper. The circuit diagrams for both chips are interchangeable.
Important Note:
Although the circuit is simple, the construction process is relatively difficult (resin application is really, really hard). The lamp is made by sealing dried flowers in resin, but as a beginner, I made many mistakes, directly causing the lamp to be unusable. I only succeeded on the third try.
Here, I'll share my experience to help you avoid these pitfalls.
1. The PCB board should be tightly attached to the mold. If the soldered TYPE_C pins are pressing against the mold, you can cut an opening in the mold to facilitate placing the PCB board.
2. Because dried flowers are very light, the glue should be applied in layers; otherwise, the flowers will all float.
3. Try to change the TYPE_C to 16P. 2P connectors have gaps at the interface, and glue will flow in during application. The solution is to insert a male connector before applying glue, but this will make it difficult to remove (sob sob).
