Classic ZVS self-oscillating circuit with soft start

Overview

Please do not order directly from the BOM! Some components only use their packages; please refer to the schematic for specific parameters!

Soft-start function:
In actual testing, using a DC power supply with a 2A output current limit, directly connecting the power supply with the switch on will trigger the protection mechanism, preventing startup. Connecting the power supply with the switch off and then turning it on allows normal startup.

Resonant frequency:
Four 0.33uF MKPH capacitors are connected in parallel; a 65mm diameter coil with 9 turns is manually wound using a 2m copper tube with an outer diameter of 5mm and a wall thickness of 0.5mm. The measured resonant frequency is 77kHz.

In the attached video, a fully charged 4s model aircraft lithium battery with a power supply voltage of 16.8V is used.
Theoretically, the maximum input voltage is 48V; input voltages higher than 20V have not yet been verified.
