The circuit from the XL6019E1 datasheet was used as the power circuit, copied directly without detailed parameter calculations. (
There are two lazy reference circuits; using a TL431 is sufficient. The
TL431 circuit is copied from a highly sophisticated high-precision voltage reference circuit.)
This circuit board mainly tested the feasibility of the current sharing circuit.
There are two current sharing schemes:
① Using a differential circuit, as shown in the current schematic;
② Using the circuit shown in the Messaging datasheet in the schematic.
Currently, only the differential circuit has been tested, as it offers higher controllability. (Open-loop circuits are not used.)
The voltage at the input INA181.ref pin can be controlled by adjusting the voltage divider resistors of the TL431, thereby adjusting the output voltage of the differential circuit.
The control weight can be adjusted by adjusting the T-shaped resistors (R34 and R42 in the schematic) of the differential circuit output to the XL6019 voltage divider circuit.
Current problems:
① Current sharing is not "equal".
The three circuits are unbalanced, with significant differences in power output. With a 40W input and a 36W load, the maximum and minimum current difference is 0.15A.
Several possibilities exist: 1. Significant differences in the internal reference voltage and output voltage of each XL6019 (differences in the FB resistor network may also have an impact); 2. High bias voltage of the INA181A2; 3. Various imbalance issues in the differential circuit.
The problem is still being investigated. ②

The SY8303 should be replaced with one you prefer; don't copy mine, it's not properly adjusted.
③ The LDO replacement depends on your preference.
Currently, the circuit SY8303 (5V) → SGM2032 (4.5V) is not very reasonable. You can modify the power supply logic of any chip (power input) 12V → (SMPS) 7V → (LDO) 5V.
Due to a lack of load testing equipment, more complex loads cannot be tested. Waiting for an expert to help try it.
