DC12-20V (PD supported) Constant Power Temperature Heating Table

Overview

The main controller uses an STC8H1K17 TSSOP20, utilizing almost all hardware resources.
Features: It uses a Buck design, with a default aluminum substrate resistance of 3.2Ω. The system dynamically adjusts the voltage to eliminate the power drop caused by increased resistance due to temperature rise, achieving a full 65W across the entire temperature range! It can heat up to a maximum of 220 degrees Celsius; in actual testing, it can handle medium-temperature soldering at 200 degrees Celsius. It supports wide voltage input DC 12V-20V. Using an 18V-20V input is recommended for achieving the full 65W and rapid heating to 220 degrees Celsius. To achieve 60W with a 12V power supply, the aluminum substrate trace width needs to be increased to reduce resistance. The system power limit can be adjusted in the settings, theoretically supporting any power supply from 12-20V.
All basic functions are currently complete. The source code and detailed instructions will be released later, as time is needed for organization. The firmware is attached; it requires no setup and can be downloaded with a single click via computer—even beginners can operate it!
