Instrumentation Training Camp - CW32 Multifunctional Test Box

 
Overview
1. Project Function Introduction:
The Instrumentation Training Camp modifies the official test pen into a test box housed in a transparent mold shell.
It largely imitates the design of https://oshwhub.com/heyh/dian-jing-testpen
by removing the battery, screen, and Bluetooth. The interaction is changed to a CH340 connection to a host computer; the host computer is yet to be developed.

: Referencing the "Instrumentation Training Camp" CW32 multi-functional test pen design, the form factor and board are different.

5. Hardware design steps
 
: First, a disclaimer: Due to the complexity of the design by the electrician in the "CW32 Multifunctional Test Pen" case, I didn't understand it many times, so please refer to the official case for related parts.
 
5.1 Prototyping  
5.2 Adapting the shell: It fits, although a bit small, but thanks to the excellent design of the shell, it's acceptable.  
5.3 The third step is adapting the communication port: Due to my poor soldering skills, as you can see from the Type-C port in the picture above, there is room for improvement. Surprisingly, it could be recognized even when reversed, but failed when connected correctly. After applying rosin and resoldering a few times, both reverse connections worked, verifying the excellent USB differential routing of the LCSC professional version.
 
5.4 The CW32 chip
is packaged without regard to cost at LCSC, truly befitting a company dedicated to training engineers.
Connect PA13 to the debugger's DIO, PA14 to CLK, and then connect to GND for debugging.

. 5.6 Adaptation of the upper-level software
: To facilitate development and avoid copyright issues, the upper-level software was developed using a free licensed Visual C++ 2010 Express learning edition.
Due to time constraints, the upper-level software is rather rough; it will be uploaded later.
