nand_bga152_to_fpc_24pin

Overview
This adapter converts a BGA132/BGA152 packaged USB flash drive or SSD controller board into a dual 24-pin FPC cable interface with TSSOP48 pinout. It can be used to connect a Flash test socket. Any board can be made into a test fixture, but it

only supports up to 2CE

Flash components. The CE components cannot be left floating. If more than 2CE Flash components are connected, there may be CE jumping issues

. The length should be controlled within +/-100mil.

When the frequency is high (such as when using high-speed modes like DDR), both the adapter board and the FPC cable may have signal integrity issues. If a large number of bad blocks or disk failures occur, try lowering the frequency and switching to 3.3VI/O.

Recommended soldering method:
First, place balls on the BGA side as if it were a regular Flash component, blow them onto the controller board with a hot air gun, and then hand solder the FPC socket with a soldering iron, soldering FPC1 first and then FPC2.
