Overview

I've been using the ESP32C3 chip a lot lately. It integrates USB, so downloading programs doesn't require a serial port chip, but debugging requires checking the serial port, which is inconvenient. Therefore, based on my previous development board (https://oshwhub.com/double_mumu/esp32-c3fn4-fh4-kai-fa-ban), I designed a "full-function module" to allow serial port and downloading to occur simultaneously without interference.
