In order to ensure the safety of these construction workers and ensure timely rescue in the event of an accident, I designed this safety black box for engineering personnel. This equipment can collect the heart rate of construction workers, the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment, identify the state of movement, and determine whether a fall or collision accident has occurred. It is transmitted to the remote monitoring center through the network. Once the monitoring personnel find an abnormality, they can immediately organize rescue.

A SOT-223 packaged CoolMOS™ CE superjunction MOSFET (IPN60R3K4CE) (600V, 3.4Ω) is used as the main switch for this single-ended cap T8 LED lamp driver board with high line output and 16W/66V output converter. The converter uses ICL8201 (SOT23-6-1) to achieve average current controlled non-isolated single-stage buck topology in a cascade structure LED driver.
