150W FM transmitter amplifier

This is a 150W FM transmitter amplifier for the 88-108MHz band. The amplifier has two stages. The first stage uses a BLF244 MOSFET transistor and requires 0.5-1 watt of RF input to obtain approximately 20 watts to drive the final stage SD1407, which in this design can output nearly 200 watts. This design is more or less wide, but I added two variable capacitors after each stage for optimal matching and power output. Ensure that the trimmer capacitor and other capacitors after the final stage SD1407 are high-voltage type, rated at least 200V. The amplifier's power can be varied by adjusting the bias voltage of the BLF244 MOSFET using a white potentiometer. I added a Zener diode to the bias supply to protect the transistor from excessive bias voltage.
