Clamp amplifier AD8037PIN diode driver circuit
Source: InternetPublisher:三月小雨 Keywords: Amplifier driver PI Updated: 2021/05/07
The circuit operates at frequencies up to 10MHz, has excellent switching performance, and has a total propagation delay of 15ns. By changing the gain or clamping element voltage, the output voltage and current can be adjusted to suit different applications.
The clamp amplifier AD 8037 was originally designed to drive an ADC and provides a clamp output to protect the ADC input from overdriving. The configuration shown in the figure uses a pair of AD8037s to drive PIN diodes.
