This circuit has phase failure
protection and overload protection functions. It uses
an additional winding around the contactor coil to obtain power , saving a power
transformer. In the figure, transistors VTl and VT3 form
an emitter-coupled bistable switching circuit.
Adjust the potentiometer RP so that when the motor is running normally, the relay KA will close.
