Overview
Interface Specifications
: Output includes one USB-C port and one USB-A port, both supporting fast charging
. Output Specifications: Maximum output power 30W, supports multiple fast charging protocols such as PD3.0 and QC3.0.
Input Requirements: 30W output power at 184~264V, 20W maximum output power at 90~130V.
Appearance: Compact and small cube-shaped design (layout could be improved for beginners).
Protection: Output includes overcurrent and overvoltage protection; input includes undervoltage, overtemperature, overcurrent, and open-loop protection.
 
Main
power chip: DK2649CC (controller, driver, and MOSFET are packaged together; the peripherals are quite simple).
Transformer: ATQ18.
Synchronous rectification: DK5V60R10H (only two pins, looks like a diode; I personally think it's quite useful).
Protocol chip: FS8628 (supports 1A1C; the circuit is simple and supports a wide range of protocols).
PS
: 1. It has been tested and verified on a PCB. After debugging, all functions are normal. The parameters in the schematic have been modified to the debugged parameters. If you are interested, you can directly use the PCB file to make a charging head for fun. With a little adjustment to conduction and radiation, it should be fine for mass production.
2. See the attachment for the transformer winding method.
3. Due to limitations in skill, the space utilization is not very high. If you don't need the A-port, you can omit the A-port and shorten the optocoupler board, which will greatly reduce the size.
4. The input voltage is AC power; please be careful!
5. We will also make some GaN PD charging heads of 100W and above and open source them. Please follow us.
