DC and stepper motor driver IC - TC78H653FTG

Overview

The TC78H653FTG is a dual H-bridge driver IC for one or two DC brush motors or a stepper motor that integrates DMOS with low on-resistance in the output transistor. The TC78H653FTG features selectable forward, reverse, stop or brake modes. Implemented over-current detection, thermal shutdown and under-voltage lockout functions. The device is available in a compact QFN-16 3.0mm × 3.0mm package.
