Topic requirement: Make a three-phase inverter circuit
The main control uses STM32 microcontroller. There is a code in the attachment. You can also choose the appropriate microcontroller according to your needs.
Input voltage 0-60V, driver chip power supply 12V, maximum current 10Arms
The inverter circuit outputs a sine wave, and the circuit can also be used as a single-phase inverter (using two of them and adopting bipolar modulation)
After the circuit is completed, please test the no-load power consumption. If the no-load power consumption is too high, please replace the MOS tube. It is known that CSD19535 is not suitable for use in this circuit.
If you encounter the problem of excessive output sine wave distortion, please adjust the SPWM output filter.
