Serial burner optimized version for 8266

Overview

The burner chip is CH340C, which is optimized for ESP8266 burning. In addition to RX and TX, it also leads to IO0 and RST. It can be directly connected to the 8266 to automatically pull down and restart, thereby achieving one-click burning.
