【ART-Pi】Intelligent robot control expansion board +968844A

 
Overview
First of all, I would like to thank RTT and Lichuang Platform for their support of this event.
 
This design is an intelligent robot expansion board design based on the ART-Pi main control board design.
This design can be used in multiple application scenarios such as balancing cars, smart cars, and smart robots, and it has been basically completed.
The original plan was to use a 12v encoded motor to realize the maze path-finding car. However, during the design process, the appearance size was not considered, resulting in a large size gap between the design and the competition requirements. Therefore, in the next version of the design, the PCB was directly replaced with the car's chassis to reduce the size. volume. (will be updated in subsequent projects)
 
It integrates a gyroscope, which can balance the car and use a power bank to boost power supply. The completed car is as follows:

The functions that have been implemented so far include: balance function. When the car moves in an uncertain direction, it always maintains a balanced state.

The simple drawing function of the trolley can draw simple graphics. (Currently, the error is large due to the influence of friction coefficient, pid parameters and many other factors. The solution is to use encoded motors for precise control. In subsequent designs, the bottom plate solution in the figure below is used)
 
 
The program is currently being modified and optimized, and will be uploaded after the program is optimized.
