Overview

product description

This is a LCD screen module. The LCD size is 3.2 inches and the resolution is 240*320. The LCD display part is driven by ILI9341. The LCD integrated resistive touch screen is driven by the onboard touch chip XPT2046.

ILI9341 communication method: 16-bit parallel port, 8-bit parallel port, 4/3-wire SPI
