The EG2130 gate drive module prepared for electric competition can drive a half-bridge. It adopts a connector method, which is easier to replace. It can build buck, boost, buck-boost, single-phase inverter, three-phase inverter, and rectifier circuits. Can be used in many circuits.
EG2104 is a cost-effective special gate driver chip for MOS tubes and IGBT tubes with SD̅̅̅̅ function. It integrates a logic signal input processing circuit, a dead-time control circuit, a level shift circuit, a pulse filter circuit and an output drive circuit. Dedicated to drive circuits in brushless motor controllers and power supplies DCDC.
The high-end operating voltage of EG2104 can reach 600V, the low-end Vcc power supply voltage range is wide from 2.8V to 20V, and the static power consumption is less than 1uA. The input channel IN of this chip has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, and SD̅̅̅̅ has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor. When the input is suspended, the upper and lower power MOS tubes are turned off. The output current capacity is IO+/- 1/1.5A, using SOP8 Encapsulation.
