ATX power tester

Overview

Some time ago, when I was messing with the ATX power supply (picking up garbage), I needed to test the ATX power supply. The general method of testing the ATX power supply is to start it by shorting PS_ON and GND with a wire, and then use a multimeter to test the output value of each voltage one by one after starting it. normal. Neither reliable nor convenient.

So an ATX power supply tester was made based on the STC15 51 microcontroller. It can be used to test the quality of the ATX power supply and display the voltage values of all five outputs of the ATX power supply (including -12V voltage) in real time. Suitable for friends who need to repair ATX power supply.

All ADC ports are protected and can withstand a certain degree of overvoltage to prevent accidental high voltage damage to the tester due to power supply problems. There are also voltage test points on the board, which can be measured with a multimeter to obtain a more accurate voltage.

The source code is all open and can be developed again to improve accuracy. WeChat picture_20190904154342.jpgWeChat picture_20190904154336.jpg
