Overview

Enable control, ultra-low power consumption, 3A DCDC boost switching power supply chip, 1M high frequency, soft start, built-in PWM/PFM low voltage operation: start-up guaranteed from 0.9 V

The ME2139 series uses a CMOS boost switching regulator, which mainly includes a reference voltage source, an oscillation circuit, an error amplifier, a phase compensation circuit, and a PWM/PFM switching control circuit. With an external low on-state resistance N-channel power MOS, this product is suitable for applications requiring high efficiency and high output current. ME2139 series switches operate the PFM control circuit with a duty cycle of 15%. The PWM/PFM switching control circuit operates at light load and prevents the IC operating current efficiency from decreasing.

 ●Duty cycle: built-in PWM/PFM switching control circuit 15~78%.

 ●Oscillation frequency: 1.0MHz 

●External components: coils, diodes, capacitors and transistors 

●Output voltage range: 1.5V~6.5V

 ●Output voltage accuracy: ±2% 

●Soft start function: 2 milliseconds.

 ●Packaging: SOT23-5
