The ME2139 series uses a CMOS boost switching regulator, which mainly includes a reference voltage source, an oscillation circuit, an error amplifier, a phase compensation circuit, and a PWM/PFM switching control circuit. With an external low on-state resistance N-channel power MOS, this product is suitable for applications requiring high efficiency and high output current. ME2139 series switches operate the PFM control circuit with a duty cycle of 15%. The PWM/PFM switching control circuit operates at light load and prevents the IC operating current efficiency from decreasing.
