The portable soldering iron launched by PINE64 in the early days was based on the GD32 design. This time it was upgraded to the second generation product, which was changed to the domestically produced BL706. Its feature is that it supports low-power Bluetooth. The Bluetooth OTA upgrade function will be added to IronOS later. However, this is not open source yet. The open source schematics of the early version are first downloaded in the reference design below.
IronOS supports a variety of portable DC, QC, and PD powered soldering irons, and supports all standard functions of smart soldering irons.
Features of IronOS:
1. The earliest system was based on the design of the TS100 portable soldering iron. Now it has developed to support all standard functions of smart soldering irons, and supports many additional functions and adjustments.
2. Currently supports more than 30 languages, making it easy for everyone to transplant and use.
3. For QC and PD-powered soldering irons, it supports power and voltage adjustment via protocol. For battery-powered soldering irons, it supports battery protection cut-off voltage setting.
4. Currently supported portable soldering irons: MHP30, Pinecil, TS100, TS80, TS80P
5. Specific features
such as PID temperature control, automatic sleep, motion wake-up, etc. are all supported, and the startup logo can be customized.
