This reference design provides design guidelines, data and other content for a 1kW server power supply using a phase-shifted full-bridge DC-DC converter. Description Input voltage DC 6V to 60V Output voltage DC 54V Output power 1kW circuit topology Phase-shifted full-bridge + synchronous rectification Features Appearance photo of 1kW full-bridge DC-DC converter High-efficiency high-power power supply Total efficiency: 94.7% (Vin = -54V, 100% load condition) Dimensions: 207mm × 120mm × 45mm Provides solutions using suitable power devices (MOSFETs) and optocouplers
