Xiaoluban X pulley fork for small tree 3D printer

Overview

The original X-pulley of the Xiaoshu 3D printer is made of TPU printing material. It is easy to deform and increase the void over time, which is very unfavorable for printing. I am looking for a solution.
In the end, the pulley fixing plate of Xiaoluban is good. The center of gravity of the extruder falls above the X-axis (the 42 stepper motor with a thickness of 40mm in the picture was later replaced with a 30 stepper motor). I have been using it after the modification.
Xiaoshu's extrusion throat (length 4cm), heat dissipation fairing stl file, and 30 turbo fan also need to be modified and adapted. You can refer to Xiaoluban's open source materials.
The order material is an aluminum substrate, and 4 pieces can be stacked to match the thickness.
