MSPM0L1306 adapter board capacitance and inductance measurement

Overview

I've encountered many difficulties while self-studying the MSPM0L1306. I managed to achieve capacitor and inductance measurements, but the results are inaccurate. My test program only has one fixed range, and the angle is inaccurate.
The test program's functionality is a fixed frequency of 10kHz, range of 100 ohms, with only about 100 ohms of phase deviation, which isn't too significant, but the signal waveform is very poor. My attempts to use a DAC or SPWM to output a sinusoidal excitation signal failed. The manual is incomprehensible, wasting a lot of time. I'm posting the failed program and circuit; I hope someone can help analyze it.
