XT60/XT30 Power Distribution Board | CAN Bus Distribution Board

 
Overview
Introduction:
To facilitate power distribution, a simple center board was drawn. This is for my personal graduation project and
the hole positions are not compatible with the DJI center board. It may be modified later. You can also modify it yourself.
The top layer silkscreen white ink block is used to print the JLCPCB QR code.
Commercial use is prohibited without permission.
Interface Configuration

: INPUT: XT60-PW x1
OUTPUT: XT30 x7
CAN: GH1.25-2P x8 (independent distribution on the left and right sides; shorting the central pad connects the CAN buses on both sides, no equal length treatment).

Mechanical Dimensions

: Overall size 41x41;
Fixing Hole Size: M3;
Hole Spacing: 34x34.

Electrical Parameters
: Power Supply: Full copper plating; current carrying capacity can be increased by externally connecting thick wires.
Theoretically, it can reach the rated input and output current of the interface (all are single interfaces).
Currently tested with M2006 x2 & Cybergear x2

: XT60 rated input maximum 30A;
XT30 rated output maximum 15A.

Currently found bugs CN3 and CN6. The 24V copper path has a narrow path with GH1.25 in some areas - uncorrected; external jumper wires can improve current carrying capacity.
