Dual Resonant Solid-State Tesla Coil (DRSSTC) Fiber Optic Arc Extinguishing Controller

 
Overview
Note: This circuit is only an arc-extinguishing controller for a dual resonant solid-state Tesla coil (hereinafter referred to as DRSSTC) and does not include the DRSSTC itself. A Tesla coil is a device that generates high voltage, typically reaching millions of volts, sufficient to break down air and discharge. It is commonly used in experimental settings or exhibitions. This arc extinguisher generates a square wave using an NE555 timer, or a square wave audio waveform modulated by an LM393 timer. Another NE555 timer adjusts the duty cycle to achieve an adjustable duty cycle modulated square wave. The modulated square wave controls the DRSSTC's operating power and time, while protecting power devices from overload burnout. This circuit allows selection of audio input or fixed-frequency input. In fixed-frequency mode, the output frequency can be adjusted; in audio mode, the audio input channel can be selected. Both modes allow adjustment of the output duty cycle (pulse width). The circuit includes a base plate, which is optional. Custom logo designs are also available.

Functions: Channel switching, low-frequency pulse mode (side switch), long pulse width mode (side switch), mode switching switch, frequency and pulse width knob. Output: ST multimode fiber optic cable.
