USB 2.0 Dock (Liu Liu)

 
Overview
This design is a USB 2.0 docking station with a Type-C input and four USB outputs, enabling one port to connect to multiple USB ports.
It uses an SL2.1A chip to drive four USB ports from a single Type-C port.
A power indicator light and an external 12MHz crystal oscillator enhance stability.
A 0.5A fuse is added to the power input to protect the computer from overcurrent damage.
The 3D model is shown below.
I have personally tested the device and it is functional.

Bluetooth proximity switch_XY-MBF12 base plate
Shenzhen Xinyi Information Technology Co., Ltd. XY-MBF12 Bluetooth proximity switch baseboard, special pins have been brought out.
I. Shenzhen XinYi Information Technology's XY-MBF12 Bluetooth proximity switch baseboard features an exposed power supply, serial port, and special pins. These pins
  allow for configuration via a serial port assistant, enabling seamless connection. For example, when a person approaches a door, their mobile phone automatically connects to the module via Bluetooth, triggering a special pin to open the door without contact. The initial Bluetooth connection password can be configured via the serial port assistant, and connections from unknown mobile devices can be prevented, significantly enhancing security.
II. Module Introduction:  
  The XY-MBF12A module is based on the FR8012HAQ chip from Freqchip Technology Co., Ltd. The FR8012HAQ is a low-power Bluetooth chip designed for easy and rapid development in a System-on-Chip (SoC). Supporting Freqchip's Bluetooth smart firmware and protocol stack, it is fully compatible with the Bluetooth V5.1 (LE mode) protocol. Users can also develop various applications based on the chip's built-in ARM Cortex-M3 embedded 32-bit high-performance microcontroller. It is mainly used in smart wearable devices, portable medical devices, sports and fitness equipment, smart homes, consumer electronics, and industrial control, meeting the requirements of low power consumption, low latency, and short-range wireless data communication. The XY-MBF12A transparent transmission module allows developers to develop smart products that support Bluetooth Low Energy communication without needing to understand the Bluetooth Low Energy protocol, using a serial communication-like method.
 
 III. When a mobile phone connects to this module via Bluetooth, a special pin on the module will activate; the activation timing can be configured via the serial port command sending instructions in the module's datasheet.

Air100 Synchronous Rectification BUCK-MPPT Solar Controller
This project supports a PV input voltage range of 8-42V, a maximum charging current of 10A, and uses the fixed voltage method MPPT algorithm program. The serial port screen displays the button parameter settings.
1. The circuit section
  uses the Heze Air001 32-bit MCU chip, costing approximately 0.5 yuan. It employs an EG2104 MOSFET for gate drive and a 321 single-channel op-amp for low-side current acquisition.
2. The program section
  uses the MCU's built-in 12-bit precision ADC for voltage, current, and temperature acquisition. A sorting and filtering algorithm is added to improve ADC accuracy. Charging control uses a fixed-voltage MPPT algorithm with closed-loop control, reducing power consumption over temperature and stopping charging when the temperature exceeds the limit. It supports various battery types and constant-current charging.

This transistor-based voltage regulator circuit has a maximum input voltage of 100V and a maximum output voltage of 12V. The output voltage can be changed by adjusting the parameters of the Zener diode.
The output current depends on the voltage difference and heat dissipation conditions.
It's explained in the Bilibili video by hardware enthusiast Chen Xiaodi.
The main power transistor is a TIP122. The principle is simple, but if the input voltage is too high, the electrical clearance at the input terminals may need slight adjustment.

air001 Minimum System Board
I previously bought a Hezhou Air001 core board and 10 chips for 9.9 yuan, and used one chip to make a core board.
It can be directly connected to a computer via USB and used for serial communication (it uses CH340C), but the soldering technique is a bit clumsy and the soldering is terrible.
