INA321/INA322 amplifier circuit using feedback capacitor to improve dynamic characteristics

As shown in the figure, the INA321/322 amplifier circuit uses feedback capacitors to improve dynamic characteristics. Feedback capacitor CF is connected in parallel across the feedback resistor RF to compensate for the impact of the feedback resistor, RG input equivalent capacitance and circuit board stray capacitance on high-frequency signals, so that the circuit has the best fast stabilization time. The output terminal (pin 6) is connected to Rx and CL to reduce high-frequency noise. CIN is equivalent to the sum of the input capacitance (about 3pF) and stray capacitance of INA321/322. RIN·CIN=RF·CF.
