Shown is a touch bistable switching circuit using a JK flip-flop CD4027. VT1 is a touch signal
amplifier. The output of VTI drives VT2 through a two-pole JK flip-flop . When VT2 is turned on, the relay Kl will act and connect
the AC 220V power supply to the load.
