● Automobile battery management system

The battery management system ( BMS) is a crucial technology used to monitor, control, and maintain the high-voltage batteries in electric vehicles. The BMS in electric vehicles is crucial for improving battery life, charging efficiency, and driving safety, making it a core component of electric vehicle technology.

● Automotive smart gateway

The Auto Zonal Gateway (AGI) is a key automotive electronics technology used to connect and integrate various electronic devices and systems within and outside the vehicle. While making vehicles more intelligent, connected, and secure, it also improves driving convenience and efficiency, providing crucial support for the development of future automotive technology.

● Digital industrial controller

Avnet and its partners have newly launched AMD X86 CPU V2000 devices, combined with the PLCnext open control platform architecture, to provide a complete softPLC software solution that can be widely used in multi-task field control scenarios such as industrial automation and industrial vision, effectively contributing to the rapid upgrade of the digital economy in advanced manufacturing.

● New energy intelligent gateway

Avnet and its partners have launched a new energy intelligent gateway based on the AMD 28nm SoC platform. It supports protocols such as IEC61850/MMS, CMS, GOOSE, IEC60044/FT3, IEC104, and MQTT , as well as container apps. This enables communication and policy control between energy storage station subsystems (BMS/PCS/EMS) . It is widely applicable to new energy edge computing scenarios such as energy storage, photovoltaics, and wind power.

● EV power motor drive solution

This EV power motor drive solution is suitable for functional safety system designs. It utilizes a rotary compiler interface and advanced vector control motor algorithms. The S32K344 multi-core 32-bit MCU is suitable for ISO 26262 ASIL-D functional safety applications, features a hardware safety engine (HSE), and supports firmware over-the-air (FOTA) updates. The FS26 secure power system foundation chip ensures stable and reliable power supply, which is crucial for the system. The advanced GD3160 IGBT gate driver meets ISO 26262 ASIL-D functional safety requirements. It utilizes the 705V/400A IGBT high-power drive module HybridPACK. The EV motor controller controls the operation of the electric vehicle's power motor. The overall vehicle performance and efficiency are closely linked to the motor driver.

● Automotive intelligent lighting controller

This solution is based on Infineon's next-generation LED controller and supports cascading 31 TLD7002s, enabling individual current control for 496 LEDs. It utilizes UART-CAN communication, offering strong anti-interference capabilities and high-speed communication. It also integrates an LED output protection unit with failsafe functionality, enabling LEDs to be illuminated according to the OTP configuration after communication loss. It also incorporates a rich set of fault diagnosis and protection features, including configurable LED open, short, and single-LED short-circuit thresholds for LED fault detection, and a configurable temperature derating function. This solution is widely applicable to automotive taillights, turn signals, ambient lighting, and instrument lighting.
