TP5400 lithium battery charge/discharge integrated power module with low-voltage protection

Overview
This is a small power board module based on the TP5400, integrating single-cell lithium battery charging, boost discharging, and USB + battery power switching. It supports 2.54mm pin headers and stamp holes.
Compared to version 1.0, it adds battery undervoltage protection, disconnecting the battery from the output when the TP5400 is not boosting, preventing over-discharge of batteries without protection boards.

its main functions

based on the TP5400 chip, which is simple and easy to use. (https://item.szlcsc.com/3118214.html)
It supports single-cell lithium battery charge and discharge management,
with a 4.2V cutoff and 3.0V discharge stop. A low-voltage protection circuit is added, disconnecting the output when not boosting to prevent over-discharge . It has a
built-in 5V boost, allowing the battery to reach 3.3V charging even at low voltages via an LDO.
The charging current is adjustable, with a default of 500mA. This can be adjusted by changing the R27 resistor value; refer to the TP5400 datasheet for specific values. It features
a built-in USB 5V and battery boost 5V power supply switch; when USB input is available, it switches to direct USB power supply .
The 2.54mm header pin header and stamp hole design allows it to be used as a module or directly as a power management board on other PCBs.

For actual board appearance
and prototyping,

it is recommended to use a 1mm thick PCB for easy mounting on other PCBs.
When prototyping, please note "no half-hole process required, consequences at your own risk" to avoid additional costs.
