Isolation sampling circuit

Overview

Operating conditions: Temperature range 0 - 45 degrees Celsius; external signal input +0 - 36V; maximum reverse withstand voltage 36V; USB Type-C power supply; optocoupler isolated UART output serial port with a baud rate of 9600 baud, 1 stop bit, 8 data bits, no parity bit; operating current 2.5mA.
Special note: Due to the isolated output, the USB port needs to be connected to a power source, and the signal output port needs to be connected to a standard USB-to-serial module with VCC and GND connected. Double-layer isolation maximizes protection of the computer motherboard's USB ports, preventing accidental damage to the motherboard. The entire BOM (bulk assembly) is very inexpensive, costing less than 5 RMB, making it convenient for practice.
