Development board based on STC8H8K64U-LQFP48

Overview

This is why it's best to have a grand goal from the start.
I initially aimed for simplicity: designing a development board and making a 2812 LED board.
Ultimately, I was too lazy to even draw the 2812 LED; I registered three days ago and only started working on it today~~~ That's it.

I just made a very basic development board that can be lit up.
