VIN:4.5-17V
VOUT:3.3V 6A (MAX)
Synchronous rectification

Test version V1
The above is based on the FB combination of upper arm 51K + lower arm 11K, using the 12V voltage input provided by the Love Tomb No. 233 V1. The initial voltage is 3.38V, and it can be maintained above 3.3V even with a 5A load.
The RCP resistor of the line compensation network and the series connected CCP1 capacitor I actually welded are 4.22K and 5.6NF respectively.
The RT resistor I welded was 52.3K, and the CSS resistor I welded was 10NF (note that if the 5A load is instantaneously turned on under 10NF, the protection will be triggered, but if the 4A load is instantaneously turned on, it will not be triggered)
Because this is the resistor component closest to the schematic in my hand.
There is no difference in other aspects. After testing, I found that the temperature of the 3A long-distance running is stable and warm, while the temperature of the 5A long-distance running can be kept in contact with the inductor by hand, and the temperature is higher.
If I really want to use 6A, I should strengthen the heat dissipation. Moreover, the load in my hand cannot run 6A, but I think running 5A can be better than many modules.
If you have time, modularize it in the Love Burial series,
If you want to get this module directly, please contact me. I will not provide free shipping and will provide cost price.
If a company takes a fancy to my plan, I think this situation is almost impossible.
Please also contact me for further commercial transformation. This solution cannot be used directly for commercial purposes.
