target requirements
Collect 110V voltage.
Use device
I used the NV25-P Hall sensor from Ningbo Times (LEM’s is a bit expensive, mainly because Ningbo Times provides samples, it’s a free purchase). See attachment for data sheet.
The welding is completed and tested. Use switching power supply as the power supply to provide positive and negative 15V power supply voltage. Use a signal generator to output a 15V DC signal for testing.
According to the data provided in the sensor manual, the output is 25mA when the input is 10mA. Calculation based on the conditioning circuit shows that when the input is 15V, the output is 0.045mV.
The test results are as follows:
The multimeter test results are acceptable. We will wait until the MCU is used to read the ADC value before making an evaluation. Currently, it is estimated that a low-pass filter will be required.
24V and 110V have not been tested, and the equipment will be found and tested later.
