Overview
This microcontroller, based on the Cortex®-M4 core, can reach a maximum clock frequency of 96MHz. It features a standard pinout and can be directly used on a breadboard. All necessary I/O ports are brought out.
(I included a suitable wide-voltage power supply chip because I didn't have one on hand.)
The image below is a schematic diagram of the chip;
