USB 2.0 Dock_V1.0

Overview
The schematic design notes
recommend using an external crystal oscillator for greater stability.
It supports Type-C to Type-A and Type-C to Type-A connections.
Overcurrent protection is included, and the maximum current of the self-resetting fuse can be selected. 1.5A was chosen here; it is recommended not to exceed 2A. An
external power input is added for better protection of the computer motherboard, which is very useful in microcontroller learning. A resistor-based solution is used here to save components.
PCB design notes indicate
which Type-C port is used for power supply based on the switch direction . Physical
demonstration
: Thanks to JLCPCB for the free immersion gold process
test.
The mobile hard drive test showed relatively fast speed, with the hard drive at half capacity.
However, the USB flash drive test was less satisfactory; it's unclear if this is due to a full drive.
Notes:
The circuit board has been verified. Some 0603 packages are difficult to solder, especially the Type-C interface. It is recommended to apply more flux. If you are a soldering expert, please use your own. (
The 3D shell is not verified (no money). You can draw it yourself if needed, or use this; don't blame me if it doesn't connect.
