10 W isolated flyback power supply with lossless generation of AC zero-crossing signal and X capacitor discharge using LinkSwitch-TNZ (LNK3317D)
The MAXREFDES41# reference design is a high-efficiency, high-precision, isolated DC-DC forward converter with an active clamp, current-mode PWM controller. The converter accepts 18V to 36V DC input and delivers output current up to 3.5A at 12V . Test results and hardware files provide complete documentation for the design. The board is also available for purchase.
STEVAL-SILPC01 is a PLC solution with 1oo2 architecture, featuring CLT03-2Q3 dual-channel digital input and IPS160HF single-channel digital output. The hardware design meets the SIL level. It has been officially evaluated by TÜV Italia (TÜV SUD Group) to SIL 2/PL d requirements: Random failure rate, system capabilities (for hardware), architectural limits in accordance with IEC 61508, EN 62061, EN ISO 13849 - 1, EN ISO 13849-2 standard.
This reference design provides design guidelines, data, and more for a 100W LLC DC-DC converter using LLC resonance to achieve zero voltage switching.

Maxim Integrated's MAXREFDES79# reference design is a fully compliant IO-Link version 1.1, 4-port IO-Link Master using a TEConcept software stack. The system contains four IO-Link master transceivers, a standard ARM® Cortex® M3 processor, and efficient industrial step-down DC-DC converters. The MAXREFDES79# comes preprogrammed and ready to connect with any compliant IO-Link device using a simple-to-use graphical user interface (GUI) program. Design files including schematic, PCB, BOM, GUI software, and compliance report are available for download.
Dual brush DC motor driver expansion board for STM32 Nucleo, based on L6206
The portable soldering iron launched by PINE64 in the early days was based on the GD32 design. This time it was upgraded to the second generation product, which was changed to the domestically produced BL706. Its feature is that it supports low-power Bluetooth. The Bluetooth OTA upgrade function will be added to IronOS later. IronOS supports a variety of portable DC, QC, and PD powered soldering irons, and supports all standard functions of smart soldering irons.
This reference design provides design guidelines, data and other content for a 5kW isolated bidirectional DC-DC converter using a 1200V SiC MOSFET dual active bridge (DAB) conversion method.
Nowadays, almost all circuit boards use surface mount packaging, so I have always wanted to DIY a chip placement machine. After searching online for a long time, I finally decided to use the open source OpenPnP. The hardware and software are both open source.
This document explains how the Santa Fe (MAXREFDES5#) subsystem reference design meets the higher resolution, higher voltage, and isolation needs of industrial control and industrial automation applications. Hardware and firmware design files as well as FFTs and histograms from lab measurements are provided.
The LX2160A development board is used to design and evaluate the LX2160A processor. It loads the standard Linux kernel board-level support packages.
