TMP01 is a programmable temperature controller with its own temperature sensor. It mainly integrates reference voltage source, current source, voltage
comparator, amplifier and other circuits. Its internal circuit functional block diagram and basic application circuit are shown in the figure. The basic electrical parameters
are as follows: temperature measurement accuracy is ±Icc, working power supply is +4.5~13.2V, and working temperature range is -55. +125qC.
Pin ① is a 2.5V reference voltage output. This voltage is divided by external resistors R and R3 to provide two temperature control points for pins ② and ③ respectively: high
temperature (SET HIGH) and low temperature (SET LOW). When the temperature sensor detects that the temperature signal
amplified by the internal amplifier and the output voltage is lower than the potential of pin ③, the comparator compares the voltage and outputs
low level ; when the output voltage of the temperature amplifier is higher than the potential of pin ②, the output of pin ⑦ is low. level.
Pin 5 of TMPoi is the temperature signal output terminal. The output voltage is proportional to the absolute temperature. The variation is 5mV/K.
It outputs 1. 49V at 25°C.
TMP 01 can easily design dual temperature limit control circuits, high and low temperature control alarm circuits. Pins ⑥ and ⑦ can directly
drive small relays.
