Description of the work: Use ACS724 to enter the store for current detection, use 9K and 1K low-temperature drift resistors to divide the voltage for voltage detection, and then process it by the microcontroller. The battery capacity data obtained after processing is uploaded to the host computer through CH340G.
Production intention: detect battery capacity and battery current during use.
Explanation of the basic principle: Use ACS724 to enter the store for current detection, use 9K and 1K low-temperature drift resistors to divide the voltage for voltage detection, and then process it by the microcontroller. The battery capacity data obtained after processing is uploaded to the host computer through CH340G. Basic function introduction: detect battery capacity and battery current during use.
This project is to verify the current detection IC of Lichuang Mall: ACS724LLCTR-10AB-T. The board uses two DC-DC channels and three LDO channels to ensure that the microcontroller and ACS724LLCTR-10AB-T can obtain stable power supply. At the same time, two active crystal oscillators are used to ensure the stable operation of the microcontroller and serial communication module. At the same time, a high-precision low-temperature drift resistor is used for voltage sampling, which is processed by the STM32F103C8T6 and then the current, voltage and battery capacity information is sent back to the host computer through the CH340G. The entire board has been handed over to Jialichuang for production. We will continue to update the project progress after the board is received.
