Principle analysis (hardware description).
This project consists of two parts: battery management and DC-DC control.
The advantages of the TP5400 include no output light, dual indicator lights, low power consumption, and the use of the linear charging

MT3608. It is low-cost and requires few external components. EN is turned off via a sliding switch.


Note:
A hand-tightened potentiometer is used. Purchase link: http://e.tb.cn/h.gpEM5oBpdXZ8hol?tk=bueF3heKvjzCZ0001. It needs to be bent slightly.
If no other voltage is used, it can be changed to a fixed output. The resistor needs to be changed to a larger resistor; otherwise, power consumption will be high, and the boost cannot cut off the output. The output inductor
can be selected according to the situation.

Aluminum substrate mobile phone heat sink
A heat sink made of aluminum substrate is suitable for phones with the camera module on the left side of the back.

The heatsink uses an aluminum substrate and can be fitted with a 5V thermoelectric cooler and a cooling fan. A water cooling block can also be added, suitable for cooling during fast charging of mobile phones. A custom mounting structure can also be added.
Precautions:
1. Avoid condensation during use.
2. Prevent short circuits. Use silicone sealant to cover electronic components and exposed pads to prevent short circuits.
3. The aluminum substrate may affect mobile phone signal .
4. When using a thermoelectric cooler, pay attention to heat dissipation.
5. The aluminum substrate should be appropriately thick; a thin substrate is prone to bending, causing poor adhesion and affecting performance.
