LED driver PT4115 constant current driver

Overview
This is a small desk lamp I made to save my senior's legacy. The board contains a PT4115 chip and a PWM generator, with a spare switch and a three-pin adjustable resistor. Wiring is done as needed. Note that the constant current driver chip requires 6V to 36V, so in addition to the board itself, I added a boost converter. The effect is shown in the picture; the video is a demonstration.

I made a small cover plate specifically for this purpose. The solution has been verified to be working correctly. In actual use, its thickness could be reduced using certain methods to achieve better results.
